In accordance with the customer's market positioning and requirements, we provide full-process customized services ranging from product selection, specification confirmation, brand identification to packaging design. Customers only need to provide the vehicle model, OE number or sample, and we can match the corresponding specifications and confirm the standards. For bulk orders, production is carried out in strict accordance with the confirmed samples. The LOGO and serial number designated by the customer will be printed on the clutch pressure plate and clutch disc, and the packaging boxes, stickers and instruction manuals will be produced in accordance with the customer's design scheme.

The customer can provide physical samples, product pictures or hand-drawn dimension diagrams, and inform us of the applicable vehicle model, usage conditions or specific problems existing in the current product (such as easy burning of the disc, starting jitter, incomplete separation, abnormal bearing noise, etc.). Our technical staff will conduct structural analysis and size verification based on the materials provided, and communicate with the customer to confirm the technical feasibility. For the customer's requests for enhanced functions or the defects they wish to avoid, we can make targeted improvements in the material formula, structural design or production process. After both parties confirm the plan, samples will be made for the customer to test. After the samples pass the customer's test, they will be used as the sole acceptance standard for batch delivery. If the customer needs to start the customization process, they can generally provide physical samples, key size pictures or written problem descriptions. We will evaluate and communicate with them based on the specific situation.
